    Are there any contracts?
    We do not lock you into any contracts. You can stop or change your order as required by contacting our friendly customer service team either by phone or email.

    Can I change our order?
    Our automated ordering system means that you can set up your standing order and not have to worry about it again. You also have the flexibility of changing your order as required via our Customer Care Centre. We ask that you provide us with 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your order.

    What time will my order arrive?
    We aim for all deliveries to be completed by noon, with the bulk of deliveries made early morning. Occasionally, due to circumstances outside of our control, there may be a delay with your delivery. Rest assured, the delivery is on its way, but feel free to contact our Customer Service Team for further information.     Yes! Milk Unlimited serves a diverse range of customers from milk bars, take-aways, cafes, bakeries, restaurants, hotels, nursing homes, supermarkets, service stations, childcare centres, aged care facilities, schools and work offices. Just to name a few :)

    Is there a minimum order size?
    There is no minimum order size. You are not obliged to purchase in full cartons. Call us, tell us what you need and we’ll pick your order.
